Our Workflow module enables managers to create custom forms and centralise reports using multiple steps and stages to reflect your workflow processes.
Workflows can traverse from teachers to department heads to central trust teams and back down, all conforming to the steps and stages you set. Relevant people will be notified and added to the workflow, allowing others to be kept informed in respective processes. Managers will have the option to link to helpdesk tickets to alert and bring other teams or groups into the process to ensure all departments work smarter together.
