Meet the team

Charles used to be a Parago customer before he joined Parago. He will be heading our Development and Support departments to ensure we deliver the best solution to our customers. Charles has worked in the education sector for 18 years, in areas of IT, Facilities and since 2008 as a Business Manager in both state secondary and independent primary schools. Experience in large capital projects including PFI and has worked with all stages of education from primary to HE and Local Authority.

Having attained 10 years of sales experience, Juri started with field sales in the Engineering industry, working attentively with customers in a number of sectors. He further progressed his career into sales leadership to drive his continued passion for achieving results through developing the talent within his team. As a sales leader, Juri and his team will continue to establish the best value and service for our customers.

Nicki joined Parago Software in 2010 as our Accounts Manager, working her way up to The Head of Finance. Prior to working for Parago, Nicki worked for HSBC Bank for six years, and also at HFC Bank for over 10 years. Nicki has proven to be a valuable asset at Parago, working very hard to contribute to the evolution and significant growth of the company.

Tim Roots is the founder and managing director of Parago, and was involved in the initial development with Arnewood School pre 2010. Tim has been involved in IT based companies for 30 years as leader or investor, including being the founder and managing director of Portable Computers.
