We are proud to be the market leader in school management solutions to schools and MATs in the UK. This strong reputation has led to us to being the chosen software supplier to school districts in eight US states with no US staff presence to date. Our latest sale to a district in California has led us to opening offices in Atlanta to provide sales and support to our US customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious sales people with at least two years internal software sales experience, preferably but not necessarily to education. You will be responsible for growing sales in the designated states where we have school districts. This will include phone and email introductions, targeted mailshots, webinar presentations, attending local and international exhibitions, pre and post consultancy including training customers. Full product training will be given.

We are looking for sales people who believe they have the dedication, personality and passion to become even more successful in software sales. We have grown 30% year on year since 2010 and have over 2000 schools around the world using our school management solutions. Our US customers have made us realise the opportunity we have with our highly respected asset management software solution.

Like most jobs in life, to get to where you want to be takes hard work. However, unlike many internal sales roles your days will vary. Our sales method is very consultative. We want people who are articulate, intelligent and patient. Your main contacts will be Heads and Deputy’s of IT within schools districts.

It is important that you are an individual who is motivated by targets and competition as there is opportunity here for quick progression and no ceiling earnings for the right candidates.
