Key Responsibilities Include :-

Answering incoming calls

Updating the CRM with contact information

Sending campaign mailers by both email and letter to current and prospective customers using outlook and Mail Merge

Sending out appointment confirmation letters

Setting up of demo accounts

Sending quotations & covering letters to prospective customers

Order processing including creating the virtual images of schools from school fire maps, setting up users and categories within the Parago system

Adding customer testimonials to the Parago website

Raising invoices in Sage, Debt Collection and Cheque Pay in’s   (in Head of Finance’s absence)

Any other Ad-hoc administration duties as required

 

Person specification :-

Minimum of 2 years’ experience required working within a similar role

IT literate in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Outlook

Well organised with an attention to detail

Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure

Good communication skills both written and verbal

Good telephone manner

Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
