Who we’re looking for…

We’re now offering recent graduate leavers, who believe they have the basic sales skills, a fantastic opportunity to develop as a trainee. We need people who have:

  • A willingness and dedication to learn, understand, and effectively communicate Parago’s product offerings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An outgoing and confident personality for phone sales
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Passion and high motivation for sales
  • The persistence to overcomes obstacles and achieves goals
  • Technical learning skills to reach the required standard of being able to demonstrate the Parago solution to top K12 school district IT Directors

What you can expect:

Part of your sales and product induction training will take place at our head office in the UK, so you must be prepared for overseas travel!

Once trained you will be responsible for growing sales in designated states where we have school districts. This will include phone and email introductions, targeted mailshots, webinar presentations, attending local and international exhibitions, pre and post consultancy including training customers.

Like most jobs in life, to get to where you want to be, takes hard work. Learning the Parago software solution will take time from outside office hours, but this will enable you to progress quicker within the company.

Our sales method is very consultative. Your main contacts will be Heads and senior technicians of IT within school districts, so professionalism and product knowledge is paramount.

Your first 18 months will see rapid career progress, and salary increases for achieving six monthly goals. We will teach you cold calling, account management, and business development, as well as provide extensive product training and be on hand to help you reach your goals at every level.
