In November we released a major upgrade to Parago inventory and asset management software with helpdesk, which all existing users of academy asset manager and school inventory manager get free as part of their annual subscription.
This will enable members of staff within a school or academy to raise tickets through a portal on faulty equipment or premises issues. This can then be swiftly dealt with by helpdesk users within the relevant department, as well as being able to keep the ticket raiser informed. This can also help schools and academies keep track of the historical issues with an asset or location, helping you plan and manage more effectively.
