We require a sales manager/director who has been selling and leading a sales team to the school, academy and MAT sector for the last five years. During the 12 to 18 month training period you will be making appointments for your field sales consultant. During this period you will need to learn every aspect of the software solution as you will be involved in customer support and onsite system implementations. This will help you gain the needed experience to get a field sales position as a sales consultant. Field sales consultants salaries can have an OTE of £70k plus, but you will have to prove you are the best to get the opportunity.

We require sales people with a minimum of three years successful sales experience to the education sector. This is a field based role working from our head office in Reading...or home with monthly visits to our office.
As a software sales person you will be selling this well-established Asset Management software to schools, academies and MATs. The software is the leader in its field, and used by over 1,500 schools and academies giving you an excellent supporting base of customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for sales people with experience of selling software or IT solutions to the education sector. Sales experience of accounting software to schools is desirable.
Meetings will be arranged for you as a result of marketing campaigns, and appointments made by internal head office staff. However you will be expected to generate your own leads as well.
Excellent salary and incentives will be available to the right candidates including base salary of up to £36k. Realistic OTE will be £70k, but there is no ceiling on earnings.
Full on the job training will be given, and in house product training at the Reading office. In addition we send employees on Pareto training courses such as presentation skills to gain extra experience. Candidates will be required to learn an in depth knowledge of the system, and will be involved in implementations during the school holiday periods.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years selling experience to heads of IT within districts of the K12 public school sector. This will ideally be in software solution sales or IT infrastructure.

Ideally you will have around three years’ experience since qualifying, and be ready to make your first move in your career. You must have a clear telephone manner as you will be involved in resolving second stage support calls.
Any experience with at least one, if not more, of:
• Graphic design / use of image editing or multimedia production tools
• Large scale projects
• Complex server like C/C++ applications
• iOS app development (Swift preferable or ObjectiveC)
• Use or administration of Linux.
• Windows desktop support and domain administration
General computer skills, such as using a word processor, spreadsheet and email, are required.
